As fellow members, GEDEVELOP and Pentronic have been associated companies within the Indutrade Group for about seven years.

In order to achieve synergies between the two companies it has now been decided to combine administrative tasks into one organization resulting in that GEDEVELOP will be integrated into Pentronic AB. 

 

Remote access to the GFM systemdisplay
By using a standardized software/server in your mobile phone
or desktop computer, remote access to the GFM system is
possible. This allows the production supervisor to read and
change parameters in the system.

This remote way of access can be used within the plant’s Wi-Fi
area or at any spot with mobile data service. For instructions

recommended to upgrade the former GFM version to
the latest standard. The upgrade kit will not only upgrade
the former GFM system to latest standard and secure
the support and measurement from the GFM, it will as
well improve the performance of the system and add
new functions.

to verify the position of the cameras in order to measure and
control the process exactly. We now introduce our new module
CMM – Camera Maintenance Manager for our GFM – Glass Flow
Meter System. With this module it is easy to verify that the
cameras are correctly positioned.

New Pyrometer for the GFM system

Gedevelop has developed a new pyrometer for applications
within the glass wool industry. Measuring the temperature of
the glass stream in glass wool manufacturing will increase
the understanding of the fiberizing process and improve the
potential and accuracy in controlling it. It will give the
possibility to improve the glass properties and fibre forming.
